Yes, Geminos with 10-in-1 multiport docks, it succeeded in making my desktop clean and free from a lot of cables and interfaces. How is it different from simply having two monitors? By connecting the monitors via our linkage system, we can create an angled surface that is much more ergonomically to use. The Geminos also includes a fully functional docking station, 2x 3W speakers and an 1080P webcam with an integrated microphone. Is it possible to connect 2 monitors + get charging to macbook by one cable? Of course, you use the USB C interface of the data-only USB-C cable with USB-A Adapter to achieve it. Do these Geminos monitors have an actual power button or do they stay on all the time? The Dual Geminos computer monitors are used via a 100W DC charger connection, and stay on all the time as long as you keep them plugged in. How do i get the camera to work on videocalls i.e Zoom When you join Zoom, you can choose the camera mode, you only need to select "Geminos camera" to use the built-in Geminos camera normally. Yes it is supporting both monitors with the drive installed. Do you offer a carrying case for travel? Because the Geminos dual vertical monitor is two 24" desktop monitors stacked from top to bottom, and comes with an amazing All-inclusive Workstation, it will be a bit heavy and not suitable for travel. Can you connect two Geminos to one laptop? Yes, that is what I do. You connect to the 2 screens separately so your laptop needs to have enough ports. I use 1 usb-c & 1 hdmi. How would this work if i want them as side monitors so one on each side and the middle being my gaming monitor. Do they work well with multi set? The panels are permanently attached to the arm and cannot be put in a horizontal alignment. Is there a switch button? There is no switch button, you can try to use a KVM switch, but we have not tested and cannot confirm whether this solution will work. For Catalina user using USB A port, if you want to use your screen on the left side, please download the driver but not DisplayLink Manager App. I connect my TRIO Max, the screen doesn't turn on but says "please wait" Please make sure that the USB cable connect to the correct USB port on the TRIO Max. Make sure it is connected to the port with a FILLED IN CIRCLE not the port with the POWER PLUG. If I want TRIO Max on my left side but my display is upside down, what should I do? Please go to display settings and select "landscape flipped" under display orientation. If you are a Catalina user using the USB A port, please download the newest DisplayLink driver, but not the DisplayLink Manager App. Is this compatible with the upgraded DUEX monitor? It will work with the Duex Series, but you cannot mount them together. The kickstand will be required. What operating systems is TRIO Max compatible with? TRIO and TRIO MAX are compatible with Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome(DisplayPort enabled Type C port required), Android and Nintendo Switch. Is this touch screen? No, it is display monitor when you mount it to the laptop so that touch screen is not necessity whereas it would increase the cost. How many TRIO Max's do I need for three screens? You would need to buy 2 Trio Maxs. It will come with the clip mechanism that allows you to clip two TRIO MAXs together for a total of THREE screens. What cable specs are required to run the monitors at its full capabilities? I want to purchase two retractable USB-C to USB-A 2.0 cables so that there You need USB 3.1 spec cables. I am using Windows laptop, my Duex Monitor suddenly doesn’t work, what should I do? Please follow the procedure below: Firstly, unplug your display. No driver needed for any Chrome laptop. You just need to plug your monitor and wait for around 5 mins. What is the display coating of the screen? Anti-Glare/Matte finish. Can Mobile Pixels DUEX Monitor brightness be adjusted? Yes, the brightness is adjustable. Is it possible to plug in 2 DUEX Monitor screens to my computer if I have enough ports for it? Yes, as long as you can enough ports for it, you will be able to run multiple DUEX Series. But you might not be able to attach both of them to the back of your laptop. But the extra kickstand would help. Can I buy more magnets later? Yes! You can buy more sets on our accessories page. How I can remove magnets from the back of laptop? Use a thin piece of plastic, e.g., credit to slide/wedge between the magnet and laptop lid to dislodge the adhesive. Once you have detached the magnet, use a clean cloth and 70% alcohol (cleaning agent) to remove any remaining adhesive residue. For your safety and to protect your laptop, please power off everything before cleaning. Lastly, within your monitor's package box, we provide 12 additional adhesives in a packet, in case, you ever need to re-adhere the magnets. Will Mobile Pixels DUEX Monitor work with iPhone or other smart phones? Mobile Pixels DUEX Series monitors will not work with iPhones, or any other smartphones. What is the thickness of Mobile Pixels DUEX Monitor ? Mobile Pixels DUEX Series is 0.25” thick, so when you attach it to the back of the laptop, it will stick our 0.25”. Is there a short how-to video of the setup (hardware) with a laptop so that everyone can get a better insight into the setup? We will have a full step by step instructions manual with the product which will be very helpful in the setup. I will also try to get a how-to-video for you! What’s the color gamut like compared to standard Mac models? The current panel displays at 1080P resolution. My DUEX Monitor is mirroring my laptop screen, how can I change this?(Windows Users) Right click on your desktop while DUEX Series monitor is connected and choose “Display Setting”. Then you should either see this screen or the one at next Section. If you have a duplicate screen and want to change it to extend mode, click on the “Duplicate these displays” drop down box. When the dropdown box is opened, choose “Extend these displays”. Then click “Apply”. Now you are in Extend Mode. My DUEX Monitor is mirroring my laptop screen, how can I change this?(Mac Users) Plug your monitor, go to “System Preferences- Display-Arrangement”, uncheck the “Mirror Displays” box. My DUEX Monitor screen is upside down, how can I change this?(Windows Users) When you are already in “Extend mode”, click on the 2nd screen icon. Then open the Orientation drop down box and change it from “Landscape” to “Landscape (flipped)”- Click “Apply”- Move the 2nd display icon from the right to the left of the 1st display by simply “Drag and Drop” it. Click “Apply” to finish the setting of the lay out. My DUEX Monitor screen is upside down, how can I change this?(Mac Users) If you are using Catalina and DisplayLink macOS App, you can only use the monitor on the right side. If you are using any other system, please plug your monitor and go to “System Preferences- Display-Arrangement- Display-Rotation- choose 180 degree”.
