Shipping Policy


Shipping rates and delivery estimates  

Domestic Orders:

All orders from the United States and Canada (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the central mountainous regions) are free shipping. It will be shipped with standard shipment by Amazon logistics or FedEx Ground. It usually takes 3- 5 business days to be processed. It varies based on availability. For orders to areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or the central mountainous regions, may result in slightly longer delivery time.

If you have several products in one order, it might be shipped separately and from different warehouses. 


International Orders:

All international orders will be shipped by FedEx. We reserve to cancel your order if your order is ship to a P.O. Box address.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses  

If you are using P.O. boxes (North America address only) or APO/FPO addresses, your shipment will be shipped by USPS. For shipping restrictions and helpful information on addressing and packaging, please visit the USPS at: https://www.usps.com/ship/apo-fpo-dpo.htm.   

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  

Mobile Pixels Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.).  

Shipping Note:  

Please be sure you enter the correct name, address and contact information both on shipping and billing address before you place your order. We are unable to change billing address once you make the purchase. If you put wrong shipping address, please contact our Support Team at contact@mobilepixels.us in a timely manner. After the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that you order will be delivery successfully. You might be charged additionally for changing shipping address.

For any special shipping request, please contact our Support Team.

Mobile Pixels Inc assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

1. 1-2 days handling shipping time

2. No access/reception for carrier to delivery your order at your address.

3. Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions including but not limited to refusing to pay for duties and taxes, refusing to receive, changing the address after the order is shipped, entering wrong address or wrong contact information, etc.

4. Delay due to force majeure, which is including but not limited to unforeseen or inevitable weather reasons and natural disasters, communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes.

5. Shipments which are confiscated for violations of local laws and regulations. 

6. Packages that are unable to be delivered to the stated address entered on file.

Return and Refund Policy


We at Mobile Pixels Inc hope you love your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for a refund or an exchange, subject to the conditions below:  

• Orders must be made at our official website. If you place the order on another platform, please contact their customer service for the further help.

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of the shipment receiving date, excluding Final Sale items. Returned or exchanged items must be postmarked at the designated shipping facility within the 30 calendar days Return Period.

• Item(s) must be return in original packaging. 


WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN/ EXCHANGE SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS WITH FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

x Final Sale Items (Final Sale Clothing are indicated as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.)

x  Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:

    (a) Products have been used, damaged, stained, worn, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell.

    (b) Products without all original components 

Mobile Pixels Inc reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, Mobile Pixels Inc might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.


• In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Refund will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.

Return/ Exchange Cost  

Returns have a $15.00 USD flat fee for domestic orders if you choose to use our discounted label (does not include Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, etc). You may also choose to ship through your preferred courier at your own expense.  

International Orders Return Policy  

International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Before you return your order, please check your local customs and borders office and file a request to return your items.

Mobile Pixels Inc is not legally authorized to do so on behalf of our international customers. Please file the request first before sending back your items. 

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE  

To return products purchased from Mobile Pixels Inc, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s) and complete the following steps: 

1. Email us for a return label at Contact@mobilepixels.us if you choose our return label.

2. Pack the item(s) in the original Mobile Pixels Inc packaging and ship them back within 7 business days. Return and refund will not longer be accepted if you miss the return window. 

3. Once your return package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your refund/exchange. You will receive separate e-mails when we receive your returned package and when refund processed*.

*Typically it takes 3-7 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
