Select a new Mobile Pixels device that's right for you. After selecting and adding your trade-in device, complete your new device purchase.
Step 2
Ship your used device
After receiving your new order, use the return label included in the package to send back your old device within 7 days.
Step 3
Receive your refund
Once we receive your old device, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 14 business days based on the final evaluation according to our Trade-In Refund Tiers.

What is the Mobile Pixels Trade-in Program?
Our Trade-In & Upgrade Program allows you to return your old Mobile Pixels product and receive a cashback toward a new one. It’s our way of rewarding loyal users and promoting sustainability.
What devices are eligible for trade-in?
Only Mobile Pixels monitors with the trade-in option available on their product page are eligible. (excluding accessories and non-qualifying models).
The original purchase can be from any official channel or authorized partner.
How is the trade-in value determined?
The trade-in refund amount is determined based on the condition of your returned device, following the criteria outlined in the Trade-In Refund Tiers (based on original MSRP):
Good condition: 30% off MSRP
Lightly used: 20% off MSRP
Functional: 10% off MSRP
Final evaluation is confirmed after inspection.
How long does the online trade-in process take?
You must ship your old device within 7 calendar days of receiving your new product.
After we receive it, inspection and refund will be completed within 14 business days.
If your old product is not returned within 7 days, your trade-in may be canceled.
Can I cancel my trade-in?
You can cancel your trade-in before you ship the old product.
After the old product is received, the trade-in becomes final.
What happens to the warranty on my old product?
The original warranty for your old device will end once the trade-in is completed.
If you had an extended warranty on your old device, a partial refund for the remaining time will be applied toward the extended warranty of your new product. (Please note: You must purchase the extended warranty with your new order to receive this benefit.)
What warranty comes with the new product?
Your new product comes with an original warranty starting from the date of delivery. Additionally, you can choose to purchase extended warranty options separately for added coverage.
What is the return and exchange policy for customers participating in the trade-in program?
For customers participating in the trade-in program, once the old product has been recycled and exchanged for a new product, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues. If the new product has quality issues, it will be handled according to the company's standard exchange policy.
What if the product I send does not match the condition or model I selected?
We reserve the right to adjust or deny the trade-in value if the actual product is significantly different from the information provided.
Is the trade-in program available internationally?
Currently, the Mobile Pixels Trade-In & Upgrade Program is available only in the United States.
What if my product isn’t eligible for trade-in?
Even if your old device doesn’t qualify for a discount, you can still send it to us for free recycling. Help us reduce e-waste!
What happens if my trade-in device is damaged during shipping?
To avoid damage during shipping, please use secure and protective packaging. If the device arrives significantly damaged due to poor packaging, the trade-in may be declined. Mobile Pixels is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
What happens if my trade-in doesn’t arrive or is lost during shipping?
We provide a return shipping label, and customers are responsible for sending the trade-in device in a timely manner using the provided label. In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with the carrier to verify whether the item was shipped and investigate the loss. If the loss is confirmed, the trade-in will be honored and refunded at the lowest eligible tier by default. A higher refund tier may be considered if valid proof of condition (e.g., photos) is provided.
